Our Hybrid Colour Sticks undergo thorough quality assurance checks to ensure only the best products reach you. However, if by any chance your Hybrid Colour Stick arrives damaged, we are happy to replace your order.
Please take a video and send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll revert in 3-5 business days.
We do not accept refunds and exchanges.

However, order details such as delivery address and contact information may be changed upon request.
